PHSC plc (the "Company"), a leading provider of health, safety, hygiene andenvironmental consultancy services and security solutions to the public andprivate sectors, announces that today Stephen King, CEO of the Company,purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 25 pence pershare via his SIPP. Simultaneously, Mr King disposed of 100,000 ordinary sharesin the Company in a personal capacity, also at 25 pence per share. Mr King'sinterest in the Company's equity remains unchanged at 3,103,100 ordinary sharesor 29.26%.
