Director Changes
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Nicholas David Lawton Parrish (aged 54) as Finance Director of the Company.
Mr Parrish has been an employee of the Company since 1998. Mr Parrish began his career with the Company as Group Chief Accountant and was appointed as Acting Finance Director of the Company in 2007. Before joining the Company, Mr Parrish was a Regional Financial Controller for Thistle Hotels.
There is no further information to disclose in relation to the appointment of Mr Parrish pursuant to Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
In addition, Norbert Paul Gottfried Petersen (aged 65) who has been Chief Operating Officer since joining the Company in 1998, is stepping down from his executive responsibilities, but will remain on the board as a non-executive director.
