Dividend Payment

Further to the publication of the audited results of Peel Hotels PLC (the "Company") for the financial year ended 31 January 2016, the Company is pleased to announce a dividend payment of 2.0 pence per share payable to all shareholders on 1 June 2016. The ex-dividend date is 19 May 2016 and the record date is 20 May 2016.

The dividend is subject to shareholder approval which will be sought at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 1 June 2016.
