Plant Health Care, a leading provider of novel patent-protected biological products to global agricultural markets, has been informed that on 17 March 2022 Dr Christopher Richards, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold 695,446 ordinary shares of 1.0 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 9.95 pence per Ordinary Share. This sale was made due to a clerical error by the administrator of Dr Richards's SIPP account and was only advised to Dr Richards last night. It is the intention of Dr Richards to purchase back these shares over the coming weeks.
Following this sale, Dr Richards and persons closely associated with him are beneficially interested in 3,675,527 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
