Plant Health Care PLC12 April 2006 12 April 2006 Plant Health Care plc ("the Company") Directors' Shareholdings and Additional Listing On 11 April 2006 the Company granted the following options over ordinary sharesof 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"), subject to certain performance targets, for nilconsideration, under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme, to Mr WalterBratkowski, an executive director of the Company, and Mrs Selina Marx, wife ofDr Donald Marx, an executive director of the Company. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange to list 29,760 OrdinaryShares on AIM, increasing the issued capital of the Company to 30,180,222Ordinary Shares.
