Plant Health Care PLC01 June 2006 Embargoed until 7am 1 June 2006 Plant Health Care Plc ("PHC" or "Plant Health Care") First Distribution Agreement in China Plant Health Care is pleased to announce its entry into the rapidly expandingChinese market, with a distributor agreement with Beijing Plant Health Care Inc. Beijing PHC will purchase goods manufactured by PHC for distribution and sale todistributors and end users for use in landscaping, arboriculture, nursery,floriculture and sports turf within China's 'green industry'. Initially theproducts will be available within 11 Chinese provinces, covering the areabetween Beijing and Shanghai. The venture will begin as a 5 year renewableagreement. Activity in China has reinforced the viability of this partnership with BeijingPHC. China has announced a 'Total Commitment' to improve its Environmental andBeautification Programme announcing recently to spend US$61 billion on all majorcities and projects in China.
