Plant Health Care PLC04 July 2005 Plant Health Care plc ("the Company") Change of Company Secretary and Additional Listing of Shares The Company announces that the Christina Kennedy FCIS has retired as CompanySecretary with effect from 30 June 2005 and that Catherine Sutton FCIS has beenappointed in her place. The Company today approved the allotment of 6,756 ordinary shares of 1p each inthe Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 37p being the closing middle market priceprior to the allotment, which comprises part of Mrs Kennedy's contractualpackage in lieu of fees. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange to list 6,756 OrdinaryShares increasing the issued capital of the Company to 30,081,368 OrdinaryShares.
