Under the 2010 resolution passed by the Board of Directors of Princess Private Equity Holding Limited (Princess or the Company) to implement a share buyback program, Princess repurchased 0 shares in June 2016.

As of 30 June 2016, there were 69'151'168 shares outstanding and the total voting rights as at 30 June 2016 were 69'151'168.
