Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd25 February 2008 News Release Guernsey, 25 February 2008 Ken Ball appointed General Manager of Princess. The Managing Director of Princess Private Equity Holding Limited, Mr BrianHuman, will retire at the end of March 2008. Mr Human has been a ManagingDirector of Princess since November 2003 and the Board believe it is in the bestinterest of the Company to retain his connection with the Company andconsequently he has been invited to remain on the Board as a non executivedirector, which he has accepted. I am pleased to report that Mr Ken Ball will assume the position of GeneralManager at Princess with immediate effect. In this role he will undertake theexecutive functions previously performed by the Managing Director. Mr Ball, aged52, is a resident of Guernsey. He was born in London and educated at DurhamUniversity where he was awarded a B.Sc. Combined Honours. He has experience ofand wide ranging skills in finance, IT, compliance and risk, which will behighly relevant to his new role in Princess. He spent the early part of hiscareer as a Finance Director, working to build his own business in the field ofAdvertising and Marketing, handling the UK affairs for a number of globalpublishers. Following the sale of the business to PubliGroupe Limited Ken movedto Guernsey in 2001 and joined the Guernsey Board of the Channel Islands'leading IT Service Provider. Since March 2004 he has worked with a number ofmajor Guernsey based finance companies, with a focus on providing strategicdirection from an operational perspective.
