Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd05 November 2007 Guernsey, 5 November 2007 Princess publishes the third quarter results Princess Private Equity Holding Limited ("Princess") today published the thirdquarter results: despite the recent turbulences in the financial markets and theweakness of the US dollar, the net asset value increased by another 3.1% duringthe three months period or 11% since the beginning of the year, when adjustedfor the first semi-annual dividend paid in April. Highlights during the quarterinclude: • The investment level increased to 86% by the end of September, well above the 67% as at year-end 2006. • New commitments were made to five primary funds and Princess also closed two new direct investments during the third quarter. • The Board of Directors of Princess approved an application for the additional listing of the Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange and mandated JPMorgan Cazenove as the listing sponsor and financial advisor. • After quarter-end, a 1-to-10 share split was approved at an Extraordinary General Meeting and the Ordinary Shares were admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 1 November 2007.
