The new non-executive director is Mrs Maureen Samantha Thandie Kachingwe. MrsMaureen Kachingwe has an LLB (Hons.) degree from the University of Malawi and anMBA from the University of Hull in the United Kingdom. She is currentlyemployed as Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs and Compliance Officer withSunbird Tourism Limited. She has been with her present employer since 1994.Prior to that, she was a legal practitioner for a private legal firm, from 1990to 1993. Mrs Kachingwe was born on 3rd May 1966.
