Pennant International Group plc announces that on 23 June 2014 Mrs JK Powell, Non-Executive Director), transferred 210,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") from the Mrs JK Powell Pension Fund to the Mr CC Powell Pension Fund at a price of 87.5 pence per share.
The Company announces that further to the transfer of ordinary shares between members of Mr Powell and his Concert Party on 23 June 2014, Mr Christopher Powell and his Concert Party hold ordinary shares as follows (the table below shows the holdings as disclosed in the Rule 9 waiver circular dated 14 March 2014, and, as at today's date).
