Director Share Purchases
Vislink plc (the "Group"), the global technology business specialising in high performance wireless communications products and services for the broadcast and surveillance markets, has been informed that on Thursday 20 June 2013, John Hawkins, Executive Chairman, purchased 81,983 shares at an average price of 30.25 pence per share. Following this transaction Mr Hawkins holds 148,683 shares representing 0.13 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Group has also been informed that on the same day, Ian Davies, Group Finance Director, purchased 100,000 shares at an average price of 29.75 pence per share. Following this transaction Mr Davies holds 100,000 shares representing 0.09 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
The issued share capital of the Group at 19 June 2013 is 113,902,230 shares.
