The Company was notified today that on 4 September 2012, William Catchpole, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Share') at a price of 11.5 pence each.

As a consequence of this transaction William Catchpole is now interested in 2,419,979 shares, representing 7.6 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company was also notified today that on 4 September 2012, Stuart Gordon, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 11.5 pence each.

As a consequence of this transaction Stuart Gordon is now interested in 884,455 shares, representing 2.8 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
