Director/PDMR Shareholdings
The Company was notified today that on 5 September 2012, William Catchpole, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 12,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Share') at a price of 12.75 pence each.
As a consequence of this transaction William Catchpole is now interested in 2,432,479 shares, representing 7.7 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Company was also notified today that on 5 September 2012, Stuart Gordon, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 12,584 Ordinary Shares at a price of 12.75 pence each.
As a consequence of this transaction Stuart Gordon is now interested in 897,039 shares, representing 2.8 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
