Director Share Purchase
PCI-PAL PLC (AIM: PCIP), the global cloud provider of secure payment solutions for business communications, has been notified that James Barham, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 33,851 Ordinary Shares at a price of 59.0 pence per Ordinary Share on 4 March 2025. As a result of this transaction James Barham's beneficial interest in the Company increases to 260,152 Ordinary Shares representing 0.36 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
