Director/PDMR Shareholdings
The Company was notified today that on 23 February 2012, William Catchpole, Geoffrey Forsyth and Stuart Gordon, Directors of the Company, purchased 71,334, 71,333 and 71,333 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), respectively, at a price of 8 pence each.
As a consequence:
William Catchpole is now interested in 1,869,979 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.9 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
Geoffrey Forsyth is now interested in 892,657 shares, representing 2.8 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company
and
Stuart Gordon is now interested in 834,455 shares, representing 2.6 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
