Director/PDMR Shareholdings
The Company was notified yesterday that on 4 and 5 March 2013, Geoffrey Forsyth, the Chief Technical Officer of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 17.75 pence each and 43,799 Ordinary Shares at a price of 20 pence each respectively.
As a consequence of these transactions, Geoffrey Forsyth is now interested in 991,456 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.13 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
In addition, the Company was notified yesterday that on 4 and 5 March 2013, Stuart Gordon, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 17.75 pence each and 49,394 Ordinary Shares at a price of 20 pence each respectively.
As a consequence of these transactions, Stuart Gordon is now interested in 951,433 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.00 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
Furthermore, the Company was notified yesterday that on 5 March 2013, William Catchpole, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 14,850 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 20 pence each.
As a consequence of these transactions, William Catchpole is now interested in 2,520,974 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.95 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
