PensionBee Group plc ('PensionBee' or the 'Company') announces that it has today published the following documents:
● Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023 (the 'Annual Report and Financial Statements 2023'). ● Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting (the 'Notice'). ● Form of Proxy.

The 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Company (the 'AGM') will be held on Thursday 16 May 2024 at 2.00p.m. at the offices of Liberum Limited, Ropemaker Place, Level 12, 25 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9LY. Full details of the AGM and the resolutions that will be put to shareholders are set out in the Notice.
