● Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 (the 'Annual Report and Financial Statements 2024'). ● Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting (the 'Notice'). ● Form of Proxy.
In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1, a copy of each of these documents has been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing shortly at: data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

The Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting (the 'AGM') will be held at 2.00 p.m. on Thursday 15 May 2025 at the offices of Clifford Chance LLP, 10 Upper Bank Street, London, E14 5JJ. Full details of the AGM and the resolutions that will be put to shareholders are set out in the Notice.
