Ovoca Resources PLC24 March 2005 NEWS RELEASE March 24, 2005 OVOCA ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN BOARD Ovoca Resources PLC (quoted in Dublin Ovg.i and London Ovg.l ) wishes toannounce the resignation from it's Board today of Mr. Jeremy Martin, who was thenominee of Minmet plc. Mr. Richard O'Shea, CEO, conveyed his thanks to Mr. Martin who played a largepart in Ovoca's major advance on the exploration front in Sweden over the lastyear. Ovoca now plans to build on this sound foundation in Sweden. In additionthe current acquisition of Norplat Limited, will see Ovoca further expand it'sgold exploration into the Kola Peninsula in Northern Russia.
