Board Change
The board of Ovoca Gold plc (AIM: OVG; IEX: OVX), announces that following the change of strategic direction of the Company in moving from near production to an exploration based organisation, Rowan Maule has resigned as Chief Operating Officer, with immediate effect. Mr Maule will remain as a Non Executive Director.
Leonid Skoptsov, Chief Executive Officer of Ovoca commented: "On behalf of the board I would like to take this opportunity to thank Rowan for his significant contribution as Chief Operating Officer. We thank him for his expertise and commitment and wish him success for the future".
