Director Appointment
The board of Ovoca Gold plc (AIM: OVG; IEX: OVX), is pleased to announce the appointment of Timothy McCutcheon as a Non-Executive Director.
Tim is a founding partner of DBM Capital Partners, an investment manager and corporate finance boutique based in Moscow that specialises in the mining sector in Russia and the Former Soviet Union. Prior to DBM Capital, Tim worked with Aton Capital where he was an award winning analyst who pioneered coverage in the Russian and CIS gold mining and uranium sectors and originated mining deals of over US$200 million. Tim has a BA, cum laude from Columbia College, New York and a MBA Finance from Columbia Business School.
