("On the Beach", "OTB" or the "Group")
PDMR Transaction
The Company announces that it has been notified that on 3 December 2024, Shaun Morton, Jon Wormald and Zoe Harris purchased ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as set out below at a price of 208.5 pence per Ordinary Share. These share purchases satisfy the deferral of 50% of the annual bonus for Executive Directors earned in respect of the Company's financial year ended 30 September 2024, as set out in the Annual Report and Accounts and as required by the Directors' Remuneration Policy. The shares are subject to a two-year holding period. Following these purchases, each Director's shareholding is set out below.
