("On the Beach", "OTB", the "Company" or the "Group")
PDMR Transaction
The Company announces that is has been notified that on 21 December 2022, Simon Cooper purchased 29,033 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 153.3068 pence per Ordinary Share (£44,509.56 in aggregate), and that Shaun Morton purchased 36,999 Ordinary Shares at a price of 153.3068 pence per Ordinary Share (£56,721.98 in aggregate). These share purchases satisfy the deferral of 50% of the annual bonus for Executive Directors earned in respect of the Company's financial year ended 30 September 2022, as set out in the Annual Report and Accounts and as required by the Directors' Remuneration Policy.
Following these purchases, Shaun Morton's shareholding is 40,029 shares (0.02% of the issued share capital of the company). Simon Cooper's shareholding, and that of his PCA, is set out below.
