Directors Dealings
On the Beach Group plc (the "Company") was notified today that on 23 September 2015, Mr Lee Dale Ginsberg, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 16,300 Ordinary shares of 150 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 184 pence per share.
Following his purchase, Mr Lee Dale Ginsberg now has a beneficial interest in 16,300 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.013% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
The above transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange.
