CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Old Mutual announces the resignation of Mr Ignatius Sehoole as a non-executive director of the Company, as well as chairman of the audit committee, with effect from 8 October 2018.
The Board takes this opportunity to express their appreciation to Ignatius for his valuable contributions and guidance over the period that he was on the Board and extend their best wishes for his future endeavours.
