Origin Enterprises plc (the "Company") announces that on 13 March 2023 it purchased a total of 52,486 of its ordinary shares of EUR 0.01 each (the "ordinary shares") on Euronext Dublin through J&E Davy, as detailed below. |

The repurchased ordinary shares will be held in treasury pending their cancellation or re-issue in due course. The purchases form part of the Company's €20m share buyback programme announced on 27 September 2022. | ||||||||||||||||||
