Annual General Meeting

Origin Enterprises plc ("Origin") announces that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions proposed were passed. The full text of the resolutions can be found in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting, copies of which are available to view, and download, from the Company's website at www.originenterprises.com.

The dividend of 8 cent per ordinary share will be paid on 2 February 2010 to shareholders on the register of members at the close of business on 15 January 2010.
