Following the acquisition of 250,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company, Kinney Asset Management LLC is now the holder of 3,792,100 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in Origin. This holding represents approximately 3.0% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
