Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or the 'Company') has received notification from Kinney Asset Management LLC of an increase in its shareholding in the Company. Following the acquisition of 250,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company, Kinney Asset Management LLC is now the holder of 3,792,100 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in Origin. This holding represents approximately 3.0% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
