Food Repositioning Completed:
Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or 'the Group') announces that Valeo Foods Group Limited ('Valeo') has completed the simultaneous acquisitions of the branded food businesses of Origin and the Irish food company Batchelors ('the transaction'). Origin has a 45 per cent equity shareholding in Valeo.
Further details of the transaction are set out in the Stock Exchange announcement dated 10 September 2010.
