Origin Enterprises plc (the "Company") announces that earlier today it held its Annual General Meeting.
All sixteen resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting were passed. Voting on all resolutions was conducted by poll and the results are available on the Company's website www.originenterprises.com.
