Annual General Meeting
Dublin, London, 21 November 2024 | Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or 'the Group'), the international group championing sustainable land use solutions, announces that earlier today it held its Annual General Meeting.
All twenty resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting were passed. Voting on all resolutions was conducted by poll and the results are available from the Company's website www.originenterprises.com.
