GIS June Quarter Trading figures

Octagonal Plc (AIM: OCT), announces that, further to the 6th July 2015 announcement of Global Investment Strategy UK Ltd's ("GIS") June quarterly performance, GIS can now update investors with the financial results of GIS for this quarter. Accordingly, GIS announces an unaudited turnover of £1.34m and a net operating profit of £534,000 for the 1st quarter. The Company, although it does not intend to report quarterly going forward, has taken this opportunity to update the market given Octagonal's recent acquisition of GIS.

As previously notified GIS reported full year turnover for the year to 31 March 2015 of £3.3m (audited), represented strong growth of 30% on 2014.

Octagonal's CEO John Gunn commented;
