Octagonal plc was informed today that on 14 September 2016 Martin Davison, Non-Executive Director, purchased 1,750,000 ordinary shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares") at 1.7 pence per Share.
Accordingly Mr Davison now holds 16,765,000 Shares, representing a holding of 2.99% of the Company's issued share capital.
