Board Change
The Company announces that Martin Davison, Non-Executive Director, has resigned from the Board of Octagonal due to increasing demands from his other business commitments.
John Gunn, Chairman and CEO made the following comment:
"We thank Martin for his time as Non-Executive Director of Octagonal and his valuable support since the acquisition of GIS in June 2015 and wish him well for the future".
Martin Davison commented:
"I have very much enjoyed my time on the board of Octagonal; helping it grow into the multi faceted Financial services organisation that it is today. I wish John and the board every success in the future and look forward as a shareholder to watching the development of the exciting new bond business (Synergis) and the HK operation where there is considerable potential for growth ."
The Company is in discussions regarding the appointment of two Non-Executive Directors to the Board, one of which has been identified and will be announced when all regulatory checks have been completed.
