Octagonal (AIM: OCT) announces that it has been informed today that Corstone Capital Partners LLC disposed of 34,750,256 Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each (the "Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 8 January 2016 to two unconnected parties at a price of 1p per Ordinary Share and therefore no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company. Accordingly, one of the purchasers, Roger John Barby, through Huntress (CI) Nominees Ltd, now holds 31,659,346 Ordinary Shares representing 5.65% of the Company's issued share capital.
John Gunn, Octagonal's CEO commented, "I would like to thank Corstone for their support of the GIS business as we have overseen its growth and recent reverse into Octagonal. We welcome Mr Barby as a shareholder in the Company."
