Octagonal (AIM: OCT) announces that it has been informed yesterday that Martin Davison, a director of the Company, between 21 and 24 December 2015 acquired 7,500,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 0.86p per share. Details of the purchases are set out in the table below. As a result Martin Davison is now interested in 7,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.05p each representing 1.34 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
