Ocado Group plc ("the Company") announces that on 29 March 2023 an award ("the Award") was granted to James Matthews, CEO, Ocado Technology, and a PDMR of the Company under the terms of the Ocado Restricted Share Plan ("the RSP").
The Award was granted in the form of an option with a nil exercise price over an aggregrate of 102,996 ordinary shares in the Company (the "Shares"). The option is split into two tranches: one of 101,400 Shares and the other of the remaining 1,596 Shares.
Subject to the rules of the RSP, the option will vest in accordance with the timetable for Vesting of "banked" awards under the Company's Value Creation Plan ("VCP"), approved by the Company's shareholders in 2019 and 2022.
