Oxford BioDynamics Plc (AIM: OBD) announces that it has received notice that Vulpes Testudo Fund and Vulpes Life Sciences Fund, each of which is controlled by Non-Executive Director, Stephen Diggle, have purchased Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("shares") as follows:

Following these transactions, Vulpes Testudo Fund is interested in 1,842,920 shares, representing 1.84% of the Company's current issued share capital and Vulpes Life Sciences Fund is interested in 14,409,203 shares, representing 14.36% of the Company's current issued share capital. Through the holdings of both funds, Stephen Diggle is interested in a total of 16,252,123 shares, representing approximately 16.2% of the Company's current issued share capital.
