NWF Group PLC20 November 2007 20 November 2007 NWF Group plc (the 'Company') Issue of Equity The Company announces today that application has been made for 39,445 ordinaryshares pursuant to the exercise of employee share options exercised at anadjusted price of £0.386 per share under the NWF Group plc SAYE Share OptionScheme. These new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary sharesof the Company, and trading is expected to commence on 26 November 2007.Following the exercise of these shares, the Company will have 46,930,500ordinary shares in issue.
