The Company announces that Allan Lockhart, Chief Executive Officer elected to receive the scrip dividend alternative for the final dividend for the year ending 31 March 2024. Accordingly, following the payment of the final dividend on 16 August 2024, Allan Lockhart has increased his shareholding by 5,083 ordinary shares of one penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in NewRiver and now holds 525,939 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
