Director's interests
NetPlay TV plc (AIM: NPT) (the "Company") announces that as part of the placing announced on 2 November, a number of Directors subscribed to ordinary shares at 3 pence. Details are of the number of shares and the holdings of the respective Directors, following admission of these shares to trading on AIM on 23 November 2010, are detailed below:

As announced on 24 November 2010, Mr Andrew Lapping, non-executive director, has also subscribed to 1,088,913 ordinary shares at 3 pence per share as part of the placing announced on 2 November.
Hindley Investments Limited, a company of which Mr Lapping and Mr Higginson are directors, subscribed to 5,336,735 shares, giving a total holding of 17,913,736. Mr Lapping therefore has an aggregate interest of 21,768,946 ordinary shares, representing 7.78 per cent. of the Company's enlarged total issued share capital and Mr Higginson therefore has an aggregate interest of 39,895,612 ordinary shares, representing 14.26 per cent. of the Company's enlarged total issued share capital.
