The Company has been informed that Graham Stevens yesterday bought 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 11.793p per share. Following this purchase, his resultant holding has increased to 331,667 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.12% of the total shares in issue as at 27 November 2012) plus 500,000 vested options over Ordinary Shares.
