Total Voting Rights - Voting Rights and CapitalIn conformity with 5.6.1 of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of the following:The issued share capital consists of 279,724,649 ordinary shares of 1p each with voting rights. The company holds no shares in treasury.The above figure of 279,724,649 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
