Director Dealing
The Company was informed that on 12 September 2014 Akshay Kumar, Group Finance Director of the Company, transferred 166,667 ordinary shares of 1p each into his Self-Invested Pension Plan (SIPP) at an average price of 10.77p per share. Additionally, on the same day, Akshay Kumar also bought 83,333 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 11p per share.
Akshay Kumar's resultant beneficial holding therefore increased by 83,333 ordinary shares of 1p each and he is now interested in 310,400 shares representing 0.10% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
