NetPlay TV plc (AIM: NPT), the interactive gaming company, is pleased to announce that the Annual Report and Financial Statements 2012 which includes the Notice of AGM, has today been posted to shareholders. Copies of this document are also available on the Company's website www.netplaytvplc.com.
