Issue of Equity, Director Dealing & Total Voting Rights
NetPlay TV plc (AIM: NPT) (the "Company"), announces that it has applied for 4,026,474 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM on 16 April 2013 as a result of the exercise of employee options. The new ordinary Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
Director Dealing
As part of the employee option exercise, the Company was notified that on 9 April 2013, Charles Butler exercised options over 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 4.28 pence per share. At the same time he sold 2,000,000 ordinary shares at 17 pence per share.
Mr Butler's resultant holding has increased to 3,000,000 ordinary shares (representing 1.0% of the total shares in issue as at 16 April 2013) plus 8,986,231 vested options over ordinary shares.
The new ordinary Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
Total Voting Rights
Following the issue of the 4,026,474 new ordinary shares, the Company will have a total of 290,208,322 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue and one voting right per share.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
