Richard Eldridge is now interested in 26,250,000 ordinary shares representing5.97 per cent. of the entire issued share capital of the Company. The Company was also informed today that Einar Gamman, a director of theCompany, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an avergae price of0.6375p per share.
